I absolutely love my workout sessions in the Carriage with GP the PT .. The set up is awesome totally unique and motivating. I first signed up as I had an injury which was impacting on my life and affecting my cycling.. GP created a totally achievable plan without exacerbating the pain and I was able to repair whilst still training…He has a totally holistic approach.. mind body and soul. If you’re looking for a 1-1 life improving program.. give Giuseppe a call.

I have trained her for just over 2 years now. I love the personal touch and the quiet facility. Giuseppe is amazing at tailoring the workouts to my needs and pushes me when I need it

Giuseppe provides a personalised facility and supports his clients in whatever they need to achieve there goals. Whether going to group classes or PT. It’s always a highlight of the week. I have learned so much training here.

When I was watching the women's weightlifting at the 2012 Olympics, I never imagined I'd find myself lifting weights one day. Cardio? Absolutely. HIIT? Oh, for sure. Yoga? Definitely. But stepping into a gym and lifting weights? Well, it's been five weeks since I started personal training with Giuseppe at the Carriage.People always talk about how transformative a personal trainer can be, but I didn't fully appreciate the differemce it could make to me personally. Since starting at the Carriage, I've lost 7lbs, improved my posture, found a joy for the gym and discovered muscles I never knew I had.Giuseppe provides great coaching on form and technique, but what really stands out is his encouragement. Just when I think I can't possibly do one more rep or a particular weight, Giuseppe's motivation kicks in, and suddenly, I'm doing it. This has been amazing for my confidence in the gym.Giuseppe's guidance on nutrition has overhauled my eating habits, skyrocketing my energy levels.I can't recommend Giuseppe enough for his expertise and the Carriage for it's unique setting and beautiful location. But most importantly, it’s fun.

I love training at the carriage. Part of it definitely is the beautiful relaxing surroundings but a large part is the fact that it is a personal training session, usually on my own, with a training plan especially designed for me and any injuries I may have. The carriage is spotlessly clean and doesn’t smell as other gyms can. The short walk from the car to the carriage is also reassuring in the winter months. All this as well as the expert coaching and support helps me meet my targets. These factors all make it an enjoyable and stress free place to train.

The Carriage smashes it out of the park on three fronts. Brilliant location that is scenic but also stress free to get to (simple 10min drive from Peterborough) and loads of parking. The equipment is top notch. Most importantly Giuseppe Polvere is a brilliant personal trainer.We started with my son as he was 15 but lifting weight that was too much without proper guidance. GP has transformed he workout and over the last year I have seen my son really benefit from the weekly sessions.I have also recently started and seen a very quick improvement in my health.If you want to get fit and find the real you then GP is the man.
